Nicely located close to the Maisonneuve Market, Bagatelle Bistro is a Bring Your Own Wine restaurant which offers tasty cuisine with Mediterranean accents. On a daily basis you will find that in addition to the à la carte menu, the chef prepares delicious dishes packed with fresh produce, which vary according to the seasons and market arrivals. Bagatelle Bistro is also very popular for brunch on weekends. During the summer, grab a spot on the lovely terrace to enjoy the breeze and the sun!

Bagatelle restaurant offers a cozy & inviting atmosphere that makes for a pleasant dining experience. The service provided by the waitstaff is truly outstanding, & the restaurant's location adds to its appeal. The waiters & waitresses are in a good mood & create an upbeat atmosphere. However, my experience with the food left something to be desired. The prices seemed on the high side for the quality of the dishes. For example, the salad appeared as if it had been taken straight from a box & dressed with a basic vinegar sauce. The filet mignon, while cooked to a perfect medium, lacked proper seasoning. The French fries had a promising appearance, but they turned out to be disappointingly mushy & not the crispy, golden fries one would expect. One redeeming aspect of Bagatelle is that they allow you to bring your own wine, which can help offset the overall cost. Nevertheless, I found the food pricy, especially given the quality, make it difficult to justify a return visit In summary, Bagatelle excels in ambiance & service, but the steep prices for the food may leave you searching for better value dining alternatives.

Encore une soirée mémorable. La soupe; une potage parmentier était exquise. J'avais commandé une entrée d'huitres mais il n'en avait pas alors, Valentin m'a concocté une entrée de son inspiration,;6 pétoncles poêlés au beurre assis sur un lit de poireaux, asperges & tranches de piments le tout revenu dans de l'huile de chorizo, quel trouvaille géniale & quelle délice. Merci Valentin, tu est artiste. Le plat principale était la morue poêlée avec une sauce au asperge & accompagné de légumes. Un délice. Pour terminer un dessert, le gâteau au fromage â la lime. Un petit morceau de paradis dans la bouche. Merci â tout les personnel pour votre gentillesse, vos sourires & votre professionnalisme. Longue vie au Bistro Bagatelle.
