À chaque fois que nous allons au Bagatelle, on se régale! Les plats sont toujours savoureux & de saison. L'été, la terrasse extérieure (tout près du marché Maisonneuve) & sur laquelle trône un arbre mature, est bien agréable.
I went solo for the Mtl à table event. Nobody made me feel weird for having dinner on my own with Loops in my ears & reading my book. First of all, THANK YOU. As a neurodivergent person, this made my evening. I prefer to dine alone & you'd be surprised the amount of times that made things weird. My server was attentive & nice, never got annoyed with me pulling the Loops out of my ears.
The food was excellent. Nice choices on their Mtl à table offer. I had the potage (squash & beets with mascarpone), the green alder smoked salmon, the duck breast with apricot sauce & the trio of sorbets. Everything was well seasoned, well presented & exactly like I asked for (had to switch one of the sorbets since I'm intolerant to apples).
Quelle découverte…un restaurant authentique avec une cuisine raffinée avec beaucoup de saveurs.

J'ai de la difficulté à marcher en ce moment, j'appelle pour savoir si il y a de la place pour deux personnes (en précisant que je serais présente dans 10 mn) & refuse de donner la réponse par téléphone, demande de se rendre sur place. J'ai bien compris que pas de réservation, j'ai bien précisé que je ne voulais pas me déplacer pour rien, mais non ne donne pas d'informations… Ridicule comme service!
Service excellent & bel endroit, mais les prix sont beaucoup trop elevés. 2 entrées; un petit bout de chèvre sur un mix de salade & 4 tranches de saumon fumées sur sauce & la facture est de 50.76$ sans le tip. C'est beaucoup pour ce que c'était, je ne pense pas y revenir.
