Nicely located close to the Maisonneuve Market, Bagatelle Bistro is a Bring Your Own Wine restaurant which offers tasty cuisine with Mediterranean accents. On a daily basis you will find that in addition to the à la carte menu, the chef prepares delicious dishes packed with fresh produce, which vary according to the seasons and market arrivals. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre repas. Tout était excellent, le potage, les entrées de tartare de boeuf & de saumon fumé, les plat principaux pieuvre grillée & flétan ainsi que les desserts profiteroles & pouding chômeur, nous nous sommes régalés. En plus le service était, lui-aussi, excellent. Nous retournerons certainement.

Soirée de moules à la catalan pour moi : excellent bouillon mais pas assez relevé--un petit pot d'harissa, peut-être, pour ceux qui le souhaite... Le tartare au thon, soupe à l'oignon, hamburger pour enfants, tous excellents. Bravo l'équipe !!!

Une adresse à retenir. Nous étions un groupe de 9 pour dîner, & l'expérience a été remarquable. Maxime, notre serveur principal, a offert un service attentionné, fluide & parfaitement adapté à un groupe de cette taille. Il a présenté le menu de groupe avec beaucoup de soin, rendant chaque plat encore plus attrayant - tout donnait envie dès ses explications. & en bouche, aucune déception : une excellente cuisine & ambiance du début à la fin.

I got an email about a very reasonable fixed price menu for Easter so we took advantage. It was a salad, then lamb cutlets perfectly cooked, & a generous Quebecois dessert we both loved. We brought a very nice wine & closed the meal with coffees. An excellent afternoon that had us vowing to return with more people in our party.
