Nicely located close to the Maisonneuve Market, Bagatelle Bistro is a Bring Your Own Wine restaurant which offers tasty cuisine with Mediterranean accents. On a daily basis you will find that in addition to the à la carte menu, the chef prepares delicious dishes packed with fresh produce, which vary according to the seasons and market arrivals. Première expérience, on s'attendait à plus. Le plat principal manquait de saveur, la morue un peu molle & sans goût & les légumes fades. Le dessert excellent. Le service impeccable.

We made a reservation months in advance requesting a table by the window. When we arrived it was taken by another couple & we were seated in the centre. In the future, when you are unable to honor this simple request, please call me to let me know so I can cancel my reservation & go elsewhere. Thank you. Just wanted to update this review. Thank you for reserving the table next to the window. The meal & service were excellent. I highly recommend the'table gourmande'. Everything was fresh, delicious & very generous portions. Looking forward to coming back!

We ordered the full prix fixed menu, wow what a lot of food, all delicious. Our server was wonderful, & was very patient as I practiced my French. Highly recommend.

Bon service, très rapide & ambiance agréable mais la bouffe n'était vraiment pas bonne . J'ai pris un tartare de boeuf, il était chaud & ne goûtait rien sauf le sel. Il était accompagné dune salade sans vinaigrette (lire qu'aura feuilles de laitue en très gros morceaux & 1 fraise ) avec un zigzag de balsamique. Même les frites étaient trop salées . Mon conjoint a pris le braisé de boeuf qui était vraiment trop gras , nos amis eux ont pris le boudin & ont eu de la difficulté à terminer leur assiette tellement c'etait salé aussi ... Bel essai mais je n'y retournerai pas .

Nous étions 4 personnes avons tous pris,des entrées & plats différents, boudin noir,pieuvre,joue de boeuf braisé, potage inclus super bon ,entrée de chou-fleur rôti, tartare de boeuf fumée & saumon de leur fumoir, & que dire des profiteroles en dessert tout était parfait incluant le service notre serveuse avenante, souriante & très explicite sur nos choix de repas. 5 étoiles étant le maximum pouvant être noté c est un sans faute sur toute la ligne. Pour sûr nous seront des habitués.
