About

Bagatelle Bistro is how we like our neighborhood bistros to be. Nicely located close to the Maisonneuve Market, Bagatelle Bistro is a Bring Your Own Wine restaurant which offers tasty cuisine with Mediterranean accents. On a daily basis you will find that in addition to the à la carte menu, the chef prepares delicious dishes packed with fresh produce, which vary according to the seasons and market arrivals. Bagatelle Bistro is also very popular for brunch on weekends. During the summer, grab a spot on the lovely terrace to enjoy the breeze and the sun!

Review Summary

Bagatelle Bistro is widely appreciated as a neighborhood gem, frequently praised for its high-quality French-inspired cuisine and generous portion sizes. Guests often highlight the restaurant's welcoming atmosphere, professional and attentive service, and the convenience of its bring-your-own-wine policy. Popular menu items such as the boudin noir, octopus, and filet mignon consistently earn high marks for flavor and preparation. While most experiences are described as exceptional and memorable, some patrons have noted that the dining room can become quite noisy and that table spacing can feel somewhat cramped. Overall, the establishment remains a favorite destination for both casual meals and special celebrations, consistently delivering a refined culinary experience.

We love the top restaurants in Montreal but they come at a pretentious price. Bagatelle has EXCELLENT food, nice variety, large potions at a reasonable price. Bring your own wine. Best price/quality ratio in Montreal!
