Nicely located close to the Maisonneuve Market, Bagatelle Bistro is a Bring Your Own Wine restaurant which offers tasty cuisine with Mediterranean accents. On a daily basis you will find that in addition to the à la carte menu, the chef prepares delicious dishes packed with fresh produce, which vary according to the seasons and market arrivals. Bagatelle Bistro is also very popular for brunch on weekends. During the summer, grab a spot on the lovely terrace to enjoy the breeze and the sun!

I just finished my exceptional lunch here with a visitor from New York & we both walked out more than satisfied for our elegant but not pretentious meal at a great price. Service was excellent & the waitress even told us the whole menu in English to accommodate! Bavette du Veau was what we both ate!! & the chef cooked it perfect! Mine was saignant as I ordered & his was medium as ordered both hot. NICE. Will be back with a few more of my co-workers from Cascades near by.

OUFFF...Tout était parfais! Service hors pair, menu très varié pour tout les goût & tout était bon. Ambiance excellente...beau travail d'équipe. Belle découverte! J'y retourne ça c'est certain.

L'endroit est charmant, le staff d'une grande gentillesse & très attentionné. Malheureusement, le plat de poisson était fade de manquait de saveur. Le poisson n'était pas assez cuit & froid. Le personnel s'est empressé de corriger la situation & de retourner le plat en cuisine. J'y retournerai pour donner une deuxième chance puisque je crois qu'il est relativement facile de corriger la situation. Tout le reste était parfait.

Bon accueil, salle chaleureuse. Plats du soir soupe aux champignons, joue de veau & morue servis plus frais que chaud. Pouding chômeur trop ferme & pas assez chaud. On retourne une fois pas an chez Bagatelle pour ces plats. Déception. Y a-t-il un nouveau chef en cuisine?

What a wonderful experience at this charming place. The food was delicious & beautiful. Especially the pan fried Cod & my scallops on risotto were as perfect as it gets. Desserts are in house & the cheesecake is not to be missed. The staff worked very much as a team & showed excellent skill when serving. Each staff member was as pleasant to speak with as the other. I can't wait to go back!
