La Bagatelle est un bistro à taille humaine où l'accueil est excellent & les plats sont succulents. Le restaurant est bébé-friendly. Il arrive qu'il faille faire la file pour le brunch.
No problem dining parking in the area, great service, they even asked if we wanted English menus, the pouding chômeur is a definitely a must, they wait until you are all done with your meal before clearing the table, I found very respectful for the slow eater...it really is a great meal for the price, well with it! Also stopped at the vinologue around the corner for a nice Quebec wine.

La cuisine est excellente & le service hors pairs. Les portions sont très généreuse & excellente qualite. Le seul point un peu négatif est que les tables sont beaucoup trop tassées, on pourrait se servir dans le plat des voisins & c'est très bruyant. On peut facilement entrer dans la conversation des voisins! J'y retournerai certainement.
We love the top restaurants in Montreal but they come at a pretentious price. Bagatelle has EXCELLENT food, nice variety, large potions at a reasonable price. Bring your own wine. Best price/quality ratio in Montreal!
J'ai fêté mon anniversaire & on était une vingtaine au restaurant. Une seule personne dans le groupe n'avait pas très faim & souhaitait prendre juste un plat plutôt que toute la table d'hôte. La serveuse l'a obligée à prendre le menu entier quand même « parce qu'on est un groupe », en plus d'avoir une attitude déplaisante. L'expérience était désagréable & on n'y retournera jamais c'est certain. Je comprends qu'en obligeant les gens à payer plus, les restaurants amortissent davantage leurs coûts, mais est-ce un bon calcul si au final, les clients reviennent moins souvent (ou jamais) parce qu'ils ont l'impression de se faire avoir? La nourriture était OK, sans plus.

Très bonne expérience culinaire au bistrot bagatelle en famille ! Nous avons bcp aimé la cuisine & l ambiance ! Le personnel est aussi très sympathique !
Tellement une belle place ! La cuisine est excellente. Juste dommage d'avoir à quitter rapidement pour le 2e service. Sinon tout est parfait. Le service est super. Le personnel est sympathique & disponible. Je recommande fortement !
