Bagatelle Bistro is how we like our neighborhood bistros to be. Nicely located close to the Maisonneuve Market, Bagatelle Bistro is a Bring Your Own Wine restaurant which offers tasty cuisine with Mediterranean accents. On a daily basis you will find that in addition to the à la carte menu, the chef prepares delicious dishes packed with fresh produce, which vary according to the seasons and market arrivals. Bagatelle Bistro is also very popular for brunch on weekends. During the summer, grab a spot on the lovely terrace to enjoy the breeze and the sun!

Après plusieurs fois dans ce restaurant : service impeccable, ambiance sympathique & chaleureuse. Rien à dire, génial.

Par contre, les prix sont disproportionnés par rapport à la qualité des plats.

Pas toujours honnête non plus sur la provenance des plats (exemple le saumon fumé à la place d'un autre plat indisponible, fumé dans « notre fumoir », alors qu'il goûte exactement le même goût que celui acheté en supermarché, laissez moi rire). Soyez honnête, les clients peuvent avoir un palet. La pâte à choux des desserts « fait maison » : alors soit le pâtissier est mauvais, soit les plats sont cuisinés 2 mois à l'avance & congelé soit le supermarché a encore sonné.

Ensuite au niveau des plats : « magret de canard aux abricots ». Je suis venue exprès & je me retrouve littéralement avec 6 petits morceaux de canards… a quasi 50$ le plat, je pense que le magret en entier ne serait pas de trop.

Franchement, payer quasiment 200 $ taxes & pourboire compris, pour deux personnes en terme qualité/prix ça ne les vaut pas du tout.

Il n'y avait pas d'éclairage au dessus de notre table ce qui ne permettait pas d'apprécier à la juste valeur la présentation de nos plats. A notre prochaine visite nous allons spécifier un eclairage au dessus de notre table.
