J'ai testé nombre de restos apportez votre vin & Bagatelle Bistro est en haut de la liste; ils sont simplement imbattables. Le personnel est chaleureux & fidèle à la place. La serveuse a même ajusté le chauffage pour nous accommoder; c'est tout dire! Quant aux plats, c'est digne de grands restos. Les cuissons sont parfaites, les plats variés; aucun faux pas. Quant aux brunchs, ils sont à recommander aussi! Merci!
J'ai eu le plaisir de dîner à Bistro Bagatelle hier soir pour la Saint-Valentin, & comme toujours, l'expérience était exceptionnelle. La nourriture était exquise, chaque plat soigneusement préparé & plein de saveurs.
Ce qui a rendu cette soirée encore plus spéciale, c'est la gentillesse du chef. Dîner seule un soir de Saint-Valentin aurait pu être ordinaire, mais il a pris le temps de me faire un beau geste en m'offrant une rose, un supplément de nourriture & en me souhaitant un joyeux Saint Valentin. Une attention qui m'a profondément touchée & que je n'oublierai pas.
Je recommande vivement cet établissement à tous ceux qui recherchent une cuisine raffinée, un service de qualité & une véritable attention portée aux clients.
J'aime allez au Bistro Bagatelle en général. Mais, j'ai l'impression que le chef s'était dépassé. La cuisson de la viande: médium bien cuite pour mon conjoint, bleue pour moi, des légumes: des haricots princesses cuits à point fondants & même caramélisés succulents (enfin pas cru ou croquant sous la dent) c'était divin! J'ai savouré ce repas avec grand plaisir!
Le service était courtois, la complicité entre les serveurs agréable, sans que ce soit trop obséquieux. C'était très agréable.

Excellent ! Première visite à ce resto. Avons réservé pour 18h30 un jour de semaine.
Nourriture très goûteuse, bon service & ambiance calme & paisible.
On y retourne, c'est certain !
Nous avons passé une soirée parfaite ! Excellent.e chef.e , excellent menu, parfait service , rapport qualité prix excellent. & très bonne ambiance. Un revenez-y garanti !
Soupe raffinée mais salade insipide. Les haricots du cassoulet étaient bien cuisinés, la saucisse bien choisie, mais le confit était sec & les goûts ne se mélangeaient pas. Crème brûlée: belle croûte mais crème trop farineuse. Le service était professionnel mais froid.
Encore une fois, ont c régaler devant ces merveilleux plats,& superbe ambiance, g trouvé notre serveur très chic, lors de l'arrivée du dessert, d'avoir pris la peine de mettre une bougie sur le gâteau de ma conjointe pour son anniversaire, ont ne s'y attendait pas.

Hier, j'ai mangé un *sublime* risotto au safran, parmesan & crevettes & pétoncles. Wow! Un gros merci au chef cuisinier! La prochaine fois, j'essaierai les raviolis au homard. Mon mari a adoré son filet mignon & ma belle-soeur sa morue. Toute la tablée a été comblé. & l'accueil & le service était tout aussi excellent. Bravo à toute l'équipe!
I just finished my exceptional lunch here with a visitor from New York & we both walked out more than satisfied for our elegant but not pretentious meal at a great price. Service was excellent & the waitress even told us the whole menu in English to accommodate! Bavette du Veau was what we both ate!! & the chef cooked it perfect! Mine was saignant as I ordered & his was medium as ordered both hot. NICE. Will be back with a few more of my co-workers from Cascades near by.
