This particular B12 branch, unfortunately, does not meet fundamental restaurant standards. 😤🤦?♀?
I was returning home from a business trip. I am accustomed to dining at B12 Laval or DDO when in Montreal; however, on this occasion, my work was in Lasalle.
Upon attempting to use the restroom, I found there was no toilet paper. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk attendant, she confirmed the issue, explaining they had run out😤🤔
The wait time for our food was also quite prolonged, at 43 minutes, despite the restaurant being empty. Additionally, our food was served without cups, requiring an extra 10-minute wait to get them.
Plastic utensils were inexplicably stored under the front desk & for some reason they will ask you if you really need them🙄, & the restaurant did not have any ketchup available, which is uncommon for a fast-food restaurant. 🚽?🥤
I would not recommend dining here. 👎🙅?♀?
