I am still waiting for an explanation regarding this disastrous order. I am also still waiting for a response to my FB message. The Party Box Burger Junior mau seem like a good option when you have three children invites to an outdoor school picnic but I strongly recommend checking every burger before taking a takeout order. The disappointment can be huge for the children. I had to scrape each slice of meat myself so my children could eat with their friend. Only the chicken were alright. An $85 order... I'm waiting for a follow-up

Horrible service ce mercredi 3 juin à 20h15 aux caisses. Aucun client aux caisses. L'employé ne parlant peu ou pas français me regarde & voit que je viens d'arriver pour commander mais choisit de retourner sur son téléphone & de m'ignorer plusieurs minutes jusqu'à ce que je l'interpelle (alors que je suis clairement irrité) & il se dirige nonchalamment à la caisse pour faire un semblant de « travail ». Attitude paresseuse & désengagée.

Les burgers sont coulants de beaucoup trop de sauce, trop gros & trop chers. Trop de pain.

Je ne remettrai jamais plus les pieds dans cette franchise.

Expérience complètement nulle du début à la fin.

B12 Burger in NDG serves up some of the most delicious & juicy burgers I have ever tasted. The patties are perfectly seasoned & cooked to order, ensuring a hot & fresh meal every time. I absolutely love their classic cheeseburger paired with a side of their crispy, golden fries. The portion sizes are very generous & definitely worth the price. The staff is super friendly & the service is incredibly fast.

The food is genuinely good, & the portions are satisfying. I've been eating here since B12 & I can't deny that the meals taste great.

That being said, I'm disappointed that they continue to offer drinks from boycott brands. These choices matter. A restaurant with good food should also care about the ethics behind the products it sells. I hope they reconsider & choose alternatives that don't make customers feel like their money is supporting the murder of children.

Toujours un bon service au B12 sur Côte-des-Neiges! Le staff est super gentil, les commandes sortent vite pis la bouffe est excellente. Jamais déçu, je recommande fortement!

I've ordered the crispy chicken burger three times & each time I've had bad food poisoning.

This happens each time I head over at any time of the day.

I've tried their beef burgers & it doesn't happen.

Honestly not sure what they do with their chicken but I wouldn't recommend it.
