However, the customer service was disappointing.
A very simple & reasonable request (cutting the burger in half) was met with an unnecessary attitude that made us feel uncomfortable.
Good food alone is not enough-respectful & professional behavior toward customers is essential.

My wife, her brother, & I just had an amazing meal at B12 Burger in Montreal. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious - the burger was juicy & packed with flavor, the mac & cheese was creamy & comforting, & the onion rings & mozzarella sticks were perfectly crispy.
On top of the great food, the staff were incredibly friendly & welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
Highly recommend this spot if you're in Montreal & want a satisfying meal with excellent service. We'll definitely be coming back!
Great service, they even gave my friend a free drink when I was going to pay for him. They are really friendly & the food is incredible. This is my 15th time coming here.
It was terrible. When you order a trio, why do you have to pay separately for the drink? & why would they put old, leftover, crushed fries in the box? The quality was extremely low, & the two people working there were literally throwing everything around, even the burger box
