Reviews describe B12 Burger as offering huge portions, juicy burgers, and a halal friendly menu with many guests calling it among the best burger spots in Montreal, though experiences vary by location. The positives emphasize generous burgers, fresh toppings, crispy in house fries, and friendly, attentive service, with staff often praised for warmth and efficiency. A number of criticisms point to overcooked or cold fries, inconsistent doneness of meat, and sauces not always matching requests, along with occasional long waits and slower service during busy times. Cleanliness and ambiance receive mixed notes, ranging from clean and welcoming to areas that could be cleaner, and there is often no self serve sauces you have to ask. Parking and noise can be challenging depending on location, and price is sometimes cited as high for the portion size, though many feel the value is good. Some reviewers mention favorites like the B Overdoze or trio meals and insist the burgers are delicious, while others note flavor differences between branches such as Laval and Acadie. Overall the consensus is that B12 Burger is a solid, satisfying option with large portions and a generally positive service experience, but results vary by location and moment.
Bon resto

If you're looking for a big burger, this is the place to be. The service is generous & kind, & the bread is delightfully crispy. The meat is tasty, & while I personally enjoyed the fries, those who prefer saltier fries might find them a bit under-seasoned. Recommended if you are craving a burger.
Agréable expérience, so far, I came twice at different times (4pm & 1am), & it's always a good service, good food, generous size, Wheelchair accessible with 1 inch door step, entrance in L with 2 doors (may be harder to maneuver with mobility scooter but doable _my friend was ok), also ok, for power wheelchair. Counter to order slightly high for manual wheelchair users, perfect for power wheelchair users & mobility scooters. Did not check bathrooms (take out)
