This is probably the only burger shop that is true to it words . Fresh ingredients, fresh juicy meat & so big portions . Literally not possible to finish all . The burgers are really delicious & for the price , they are really worth it . I am in love with this burger shop & so are my kids

My husband had been begging me to try this spot for several weeks. I am not a fan of burgers or minced meat, but after all his hype - I gave in. We went to the Laval location which is closest for us however there was no parking & all the tables were taken. We drove to the l'Acadie location & found parking & a table. We both ordered the B12 trio. When I saw the size of the burger, my jaw dropped. Needless to say I couldn't take a proper bite for how tall it was. I ended up eating a third of it & used about a dozen napkins because it's so juicy & messy. I get why they offer gloves. Overall, delicious , fresh & tasty. Personally I wouldn't go again because I am unable to unlock my jaw to eat 😂 I would try the chicken burger but take out & make a mess at homes. Fries & chips were okay.

When a burger actually looks like the picture, McDonald's take notes! Very generous portions, everything is made fresh & the in house chips that get served with the trios are amazing. Even after going here a dozen of times it still never gets old.
Les burger sont de bien meilleure qualité que la moyenne de ce qui est vu dans le milieu de la restauration habituellement. Si vous êtes comme moi & vous aimez les pains style brizzolio c'est la place pour vous. La quantité de nourriture est au rendez-vous le pain faisait ~20 cm de diamètres & la viandes sortait du pain avec de grande tranches de légumes coupé juste à la bonne épaisseur pour agrémenter le burger, mais pas troo épais de sorte que leur goût & texture n'sst oas envahissant par rapport aux autres arômes. Le système de service fonctionne avec des alarne portative qui sonne & vibre lorsque votre commande est prête si vous êtes comme moi de nature distraite au point de ne pas s'apprecvoir qu'on appelle votre numéros c'est le système de choix pour avoir l'esprit tranquille. L'ambiance est celle d'un diner & la musique est plus de nature populaire. C'est moins mon genre de musique, mais ça c'est un goût personnel.

Super bon endroit, la nourriture est très bonne , service très courtois, si seulement ils n'avaient pas des boissons a boycotter, on n'avait rien a boire

Venez tous à V12 pas que c'est les meilleurs endroits qu'on peut rêver j'ai bien mangé j'ai bien vraiment aimé c'est le meilleur donc foot un meilleur endroit pour manger le 12 vous êtes les meilleurs je veux revenir à la prochaine fois bye
I visited with my family, & unfortunately, the cleanliness was disappointing. There were napkins on the tables, food on the seats & floor, & sauce spills throughout the dining area. While I typically enjoy B12, they could certainly improve their efforts to keep the restaurant clean for customers. Better ventilation would also help. On a positive note, the food is delicious, though this experience left me preferring takeout over dining in, as the state of the dining area raised concerns about overall kitchen hygiene.
Jamais déçue par cet endroit. On y mange très bien en plus du fait que tous est frais . On a du mal à finir son plat tellement les rations sont généreuses.
