Le jeune caissier ne mérite pas d'être mis à la caisse, car il ne comprend rien de ce qu'on lui dit. J'ai commandé un poulet classique sans salade de choux, Il m'a donné du pain avec du poulet & rien d'autre à l'intérieur. J'ai demandé sans salade de choux, je me retrouve avec rien du tout. De plus, même quand ma commande était prête, il l'a laissé de côté pendant 10 minutes sans me dire que c'était prêt alors que j'attendais tout le long. Aucun savoir-faire, il gâche un beau restaurant! Pourri son service 👎

La nourriture ètait excellente, tout comme le restaurant. Les employés étaient bons, en particulier le caissier Ahmed, qui était très respectueux & poli. Il y a beaucoup de place pour se garer.

I ordered chicken from this restaurant, & when the food was served, it was completely cold. After taking one bite, I politely informed the staff that the food was cold. Instead of helping, the worker responded in a very disrespectful & insulting way. He mockingly said something like,'Did you have blisters/sores in your mouth or what?' which was extremely rude & unacceptable.

After that, he started arguing with me & later told me to'stay quiet & leave.' When I spoke to the manager/boss, he simply replied,'What can I do?' without taking any responsibility for the staff's behavior or the poor service.

Paying money & then getting insulted is unacceptable. I also have proof, including the bill, & the restaurant's CCTV cameras can verify the incident & timing.

The staff at this restaurant treats customers very badly & speaks disrespectfully. My sincere advice is to avoid this place & not support such behavior. Self-respect is more important than food.
