Franchement rien à dire. Le goût, la qualité & la quantité on en a vraiment pour son argent. C'était ma première fois mais certainement pas la dernière ! Un grand merci à Rania pour son service exceptionnel & attentionné.
Ici tout est super bon. Mais faut comprendre ce que le client demande. 8 oct 2025, 14h00. Le gars a la caisse semble nouveau. Mais pas dans la cuisine. Il a une barbe & son filet est dans son cou. Il fait de la caisse & sans se laver les mains va aussi dans la cuisine.
En plus il me comprend pas les commandes donc, c'était très ordinaire.
Une accueil, un sourire, c'est ce qui fait aussi revenir une clientèle

Absolutely delicious burgers! The meat was juicy & perfectly cooked, & the toppings were super fresh. The fries were crispy & hot, & the service was fast & friendly. The place has a great vibe - clean, cozy, & welcoming. Definitely one of the best burger spots around! Highly recommend! 🍔🍟
The portions are generous & the food quality is fairly good. That said, the ordering system could definitely be improved - handing out worn-out buzzers doesn't create the best impression. There was only one staff member at the counter juggling everything from taking orders to clearing tables, & she seemed visibly overwhelmed despite it not being a busy time.
Seul B-mol est pour la sécurité, avec la marche directement dans la porte, juste assez haute pour tomber, qui n'est pas mis en évidence ou à l'attention du client...

B12 sur l'avenue de l'Acadie reste pour moi l'adresse incontournable pour déguster un burger en ville. À chaque fois que j'ai envie d'un burger savoureux, c'est à B12 que je pense en premier. La viande est toujours cuite à la perfection, les garnitures sont généreuses & les frites bien croustillantes. Le service est rapide & l'accueil chaleureux, ce qui rend l'expérience encore meilleure.
