Le pain était altéré, l'oignon refrit, la sauce désagréable, la tomate pas fraîche & le fromage absent.

la caissière mardi soir est très impolie & arrogante elle parle de façon très grossière & brutal aux clients , si elle n'aime pas sa job elle n'a qu'à la changer. je reviendrai pas.
Très mauvaise expérience J'ai commandé une assiette B12 minimum pour 4 personnes avec une salade. La salade avait une odeur d'aliment périmé le repas était froid & le service extrêmement lent.
Après avoir mangé j'ai eu de fortes douleurs au ventre ce qui est inacceptable & dangereux.
Manque total d'hygiène & de professionnalisme Je ne recommande absolument pas ce restaurant.

J'ai vraiment adoré le service surtout grâce à Rania ⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐? qui a été incroyablement gentille souriante & professionnelle. Les burgers sont délicieux & l'ambiance est top.
Je recommande vivement vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

B12 is always good, with a diverse menu & very sympathetic staff. The place is almost clean, though it could be a bit cleaner. Bathroom was okay. No self-serve sauces; you have to ask. Overall, a good experience & worth a visit
The food is very good, & the portions are quite large compared to the price, which I really like. The only downside was that the person taking the order didn't pay attention to the details of the sauce I requested for the salad, but maybe it was because they were busy. Nevertheless, the food is delicious.
Je viens souvent toujours satisfait mais aujourd'hui j'étais vraiment déçu par rapport au goût qui a changé (j'ai pris un over dose) le goût n'était pas la la quantité aussi je sais si vous avez les employés ou bien… vraiment déçu
