Aux 2 Tomates earns high marks for its pizzas, offering classics and inventive specials that pair with a strong wine selection. The tiny, welcoming spot with limited seating adds charm, while vegan customization and a wide range of toppings satisfy omnivores and vegetarians. Visitors travel from nearby Vermont to taste this caliber of pizza, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Takeout is available, but dining in is common, and the pizzas remain consistently excellent across visits, inviting frequent returns.
If you're a gen-x or late boomer, I'm not sure it's worth five stars. I will give it the five stars because of the cashiers warm welcome & the overall transparency of the kitchen. The visible ingredients, & taste was excellent. We will definitely go back & try the soup, sandwiches, & fresh sprouts, along with the mouth watering desserts. The only disappointment, & at no fault of the establishment is: that out of 15 possible indoor seats, 17:00 hours, on a rainy Friday, 9 people total, & one young ladies laptop could not make room for two more skinny patrons to eat on location. Pizza went takeout, no soup, salad, dessert, espresso & sadly no tip. I hope the entitled latte sipping laptop can read my mind. The pizza did not hold up well in the 20 minute drive home. Lol.

Truly exceptional pizza - very « hole-in-the-wall » vibes. The menu has classics as well as some unique specials (I had pistachios on my pizza!!), & the quality is far above what you'll find around. We come from across the border in VT because we don't have pizza of this caliber nearby.
Un pur hasard, une visite improvisée, les 2 Tomates ont su rassasier une bande de 6 affamés après une randonnée dans les monts enneigés du parc d'Orford. Accueil sympathique & convivial, produits frais, pizzas délicieuses & originales (je recommande personnelle La Stivale) & le cheesecake à l'argousier. On reviendra très vite !
Fantastic!! We ordered the broccoli salad, butternut squash soup, macaroni & cheese, margarita pizza & pesto mozzarella chicken sandwich & they were ALL incredible!!! Service was amazing, food was amazing, 10 out of 10 will come here again!!
C'était la première fois que je visitais ce restaurant & je ne suis pas déçue. L'endroit me faisait de l'oeil depuis un certain moment. La pizza Mathéo est tout simplement exquise ! Un parfait équilibre de saveurs avec une touche sucrée-salée !
