This was third visit & last, starting with the food, the chicken brochette almost burned, the second time the souvlaki was raw inside, the first time the good but there's no service at all. There's two guys for the entire group, running like crazy , every time the same experience , from 12:00 we got served the food 2 hours & more later. It's not that the restaurant is bad but I don't think there's enough staff in the front & in the back. I'm so sorry but this is reality.

Our experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The salad was very bland, & the steak was not tasty at all, despite being advertised as AAA. Two people couldn't even eat it. One person asked to swap the potatoes for fries, but they charged an extra $2 for a small portion. The filet mignon was okay, but not exceptional. Overall, the service didn't help either, as the manager wasn't available. However, they did offer us two free desserts as a gesture

Une belle expérience dans cette Franchise; service chaleureux & attentionné, ce qui a vraiment ajouté à dîner. Les calamars commandés à trois reprises étaient excellents à chaque fois, très savoureux & parfaitement réussis. Les portions sont généreuses & les plats de qualité. A mon goût, un petit plus qui rendrait l'endroit encore plus charmant : une légère musique d'ambiance apporterait une belle touche supplémentaire. Je recommande avec plaisir.

Aujourd'hui j'ai voulu réserver pour 5 personnes, samedi, Au Vieux Duluth sur St-Martin à Laval. Je veux réserver à 17:30. On me répond qu'ils prennent des réservations pour 17:00 ou 19:30. J'explique qu'on ne pourra pas être là avant 17:30. On me répond qu'on ne peut pas prendre ma réservation 😳. Je leur dis OK je réserve pour 17:00 mais on va arriver à 17:30. NON !! OK s'ils ont le loisir d'être aussi indépendant, moi j'ai toujours bien le loisir de dépenser mon argent où je veux!
