Première fois pour nous. Nous avions tellement entendu de bon commentaire. Finalement, erreur dans notre commande & malgré mon ton courtois qui essaie de comprendre, ils sont incapable de reconnaître leur erreur pendant 5 bonnes minutes (pas de facture pour valider, incapable de repuncher ce que j'ai commandé pour valider que le prix concorde...). Finalement il accepte de me donner ma'bonne' commande, mais me lance presque le sac. Très déçue
