Good food & quantity for the price. It is a very small restaurant & there was a group of 9 people that made it impossible for anyone else to speak or hear each other. Two other tables left (in what seemed exasperation) before my father & i left as well to continue our lunch in the car, where we could actually speak & hear one another. If there is a large group: walk away & go somewhere else. (thank you for response)
The food is good..no problem there...But the price for lunch here I found to be way above & beyond inflation norms... A couple years back this restaurant included a choice of soup & roll with every lunch menu item...No longer. Main course alone now cost more than the full lunch with soup & roll used to be....Now you must add another $6 for a small wonton soup only, & more for rolls...This is unacceptable... My main course(chicken with black pepper sauce & crispy spinach), was good, but priced at $18 dollars for what seems to be barely 80 grams of chicken, a quarter cup worth of dry jasmine rice & a few leaves of fried spinach, all of which can be prepared in 5 minutes, is nothing short of indecent. Costs me 31$ with tax & 15% tip for a small soup & the chicken dish, no rolls... Too rich for my blood & last time for me.
