Everything is okay but it totally depends upon the customers if they want to give the tips or not/ or how much they want to give. As a customer we pay for the service we got, but strangly acting for the tip money is not so good.

Overall good experience. The staff were nice, the food & drinks were pretty good. The service was a little bit slow tho, but it was kinda busy day so I guess I can see why. Also I think there should be one more washroom for men

A very excellent restaurant & shisha in the center of Montreal. The crew is very nice. Arabic food is very delicious. I highly recommend. Shisha is a bit pricey but excellent.

The place is nice, always packed, especially on weekends, so be ready to wait a while. Parking is definitely not easy given there's construction on their street. I've visited this place many times before I decided to write a review. The place is very loud, & the ventilation is horrible so you'll get a headache fast. The place does offer alcohol so that's a plus, however, their bartender isn't that good (no offense). You'll be paying a lot for sub par quality drink. The service is unpredictable. Most of them are nice but because it's so busy they can't give you the attentive service you'd expect. They can be rude if they're stressed so you'll need to just remember these people are overworked & deal with annoying drunk customers all night.
