Bonjour,

Hier soir, mes amies & moi sommes allées manger chez vous pour célébrer mon 25e anniversaire. La nourriture était excellente, mais malheureusement, une situation nous a grandement mises mal à l'aise.

Lors de la commande de notre pichet de sangria, la serveuse nous a demandé nos cartes d'identité, ce qui est tout à fait normal afin de vérifier notre âge. Cependant, ce qui est devenu gênant, c'est qu'un deuxième serveur est venu nous demander à nouveau nos pièces d'identité en nous expliquant que la première serveuse ne croyait pas notre âge & pensait que nous présentions de fausses cartes.

Je comprends tout à fait l'importance de vérifier l'âge des clients, mais le fait de devoir fournir une deuxième preuve d'identité nous a semblé excessif & nous a mises très mal à l'aise. J'ai trouvé la situation embarrassante, surtout lors d'une soirée où je célébrais mon anniversaire.

Je trouve cela dommage, car c'était la troisième fois que je visitais votre établissement & j'apprécie énormément l'ambiance ainsi que la qualité de la nourriture. Malheureusement, cette expérience me laisse un goût amer & je crois que ce sera probablement ma dernière visite.
