Je tiens à préciser que je n'étais pas présent lors de la soirée elle?même, mais j'étais avec ma fille au moment où elle a fait la réservation. Nous avions clairement réservé pour un groupe de 8 personnes & mentionné qu'il s'agissait d'une occasion spéciale : son 18? anniversaire.
Le soir venu, ma fille & son groupe se sont fait dire que la réservation aurait été faite pour 12 personnes, ce qui a entraîné un changement d'emplacement. Ils ont finalement été installés à l'extérieur en décembre, ce qui a rendu l'expérience inconfortable malgré l'importance de l'événement.
Le groupe a été très déçu de la situation & aurait souhaité une communication plus claire ainsi qu'une solution mieux adaptée aux conditions du moment.
Voici uniquement les faits, honnêtement reporté. Angela & I vous considérer que cette expérience vaut combien d'étoile je vais ajuster a votre choix ? SVP veuillez me dicter le passage diffamatoire s'il y a lieu je vais ajuster si votre revendication est retenue. Selon mes consultants cette formulation & la note élevé de deux étoiles n'est pas diffamatoires (copilote me le confirme)
