Super belle expérience !
Le service était vraiment chaleureux & accueillant, on se sent tout de suite à l'aise. Les portions sont généreuses & les saveurs bien fraîches & délicieuses. J'ai adoré, je vais certainement revenir ! 😊

Unacceptable experience at Amir - Laval
📍 5760 Boul. Robert-Bourassa, Laval

Paid for 3 Shish Taouk plates (~$17 each).
Out of curiosity, I weighed the chicken in one plate…

Result: barely 105 grams.

I went back calmly & asked for a simple verification.
Manager's response:'We don't have a scale.'

No explanation.
No solution.

Full price… for what looks like half a portion.

I have all the proof: receipt (Transaction #23520), photos, & weight.

Aujourd'hui, j'ai vécu une situation inacceptable chez Amir - Laval
📍 5760 Boul. Robert-Bourassa, Laval, QC

J'ai payé pour trois assiettes Shish Taouk (facture à l'appui - environ 17$ par assiette).
Par curiosité, j'ai décidé de peser la quantité de poulet dans l'une des assiettes…

Résultat : à peine 120 grammes.

Je suis retourné au restaurant calmement pour demander une simple vérification.
Réponse du responsable : « On n'a pas de balance ».

Aucune explication.
Aucune solution.
Aucun respect pour le client.

Quand on paie pour une assiette complète, on s'attend à une portion normale - pas à une demi-portion.

Ce n'est pas une simple erreur… c'est préoccupant.

Je dispose de toutes les preuves :
- Reçu (Transaction #23520)
- Photos
- Poids vérifié

Je laisse chacun juger par lui-même.

La question est simple :
Est-ce normal de payer plein prix pour une portion réduite ?
