Nothing like getting raw chicken & being charged for a can of pop when I did not have one. I should have checked my receipt before I left; that was my responsibility.

I will be calling Amir's Head Office as well as Public Health. Serving raw chicken can make a person very sick.

The owner or manager did not even care; all he said was,' Make you another one', no thanks, we said, as my wife lost her appetite. Did not even say sorry...what kind of attitude is that.....

Le pire AMIR que j'ai été de ma vie. J'ai pris 2 trios pita shishtaouk, les patates etait dur & froide , les pitas remplis de salade quasi pas de poulet.. les 2 hommes se parlait entre eux en Libanais & n'ecoutait meme pas nos demandes sur ce qu'on voulais dans nos pitas & lorsqu'on demandais de ne pas mettre tel sauce ça roule les yeux.. & le pire c'est qu'ils font payer AVANT le service... moi donner du tips sur un servicr que j'ai pas eu là... Si vous voulez un bon amir.. A ÉVITEZ celui là !

J'avais commandé une poutine durant mon shift de nuit au travail, j'ai coché pour avoir les fourchettes etc… rien lorsque la commande était arrivée & ca prend du temps pour arriver la poutine froide, pas vraiment froide frites, le boeufs pleins de gras ark, c'etais deg. J'avais mis 5 etoiles a la commande avant de l'ouvrir pour passer les tips aux livreurs qui a bien fait sa job sinon ce commerce c'est la premiere la dernière fois!

I've been in this restaurant more than 15 times with my wife or with friends & in different times of the day & different days. The food is always the same & always fresh. My favorite dish is the shawarma (chicken plate with 3 salads of your choice). The baked/fried potatoes are also amazing.

Mostly this place is good but lately it has been disappointing, it's not as packed ,they don't put as much chicken or food altogether, I got the 2 for 1 deal on uber & I'm guessing at the store they figure since it's that they won't pack the plates as much as they used to which is unfortunate, I won't be ordering from here anytime soon cause it's too expensive for what it is
