About us
Located in an ancestral home built in 1895 in the heart of Old Sainte-Rose, Restaurant Amato serves authentic Italian cuisine in an intimate setting with warm décor. We are especially proud of our terrace which is known as one of the most beautiful terraces in Laval, or even in Quebec. In addition to feeling amazed in a garden with so many beautiful flowers, the terrace also has a fountain, a gazebo and auxiliary heating. Come enjoy our little corner of paradise!

My wife's burratta & my carpaccio both could have had a little bit more balsamic reduction but a very good date night for me & my wife. It was our first time, but definetely not our last, we will come back to try your others recipes.
