Located in an ancestral home built in 1895 in the heart of Old Sainte-Rose, Restaurant Amato serves authentic Italian cuisine in an intimate setting with warm décor. We are especially proud of our terrace which is known as one of the most beautiful terraces in Laval, or even in Quebec. In addition to feeling amazed in a garden with so many beautiful flowers, the terrace also has a fountain, a gazebo and auxiliary heating. Come enjoy our little corner of paradise!

Un des proprios nous servait par un mercredi soir pas trop achalandé. Il a été très sympathique & nous a procuré des excellentes suggestions, autant pour le vin que pour les plats. Il a été très à l'écoute de mes goûts avant de nous recommander un excellent vin rouge qui allait merveilleusement bien avec les plats choisis. Tous les plats étaient très bons, bien goûteux.

Have dined at Amato many times. This visit was for a birthday. Service is always top-notch (friendly, knowledgeable & inviting). Food is fresh, well seasoned & some of the best Italian cuisine outside of Italy. The Caesar Salad, made at your table, is probably the best I have eaten. I would highly recommend Amato to your patrons.
Best outdoor patio in Laval & Montreal. Excellent menu, service & varied wine list. It's our place to go for a night out of fine dining in a wonderful ambiance.
We found the food to be quite good, no complaints there. The service on the other hand was poor. We had originally asked to be seated outside but the weather was around 38 degrees so we decided to be inside, where we were the only table of 4. Service for us was extremely slow,
Un petit paradis volé à l'Italie à Sainte-Rose! Après un souper au chaud en hiver mon amoureux & moi rêvions de la petite terrasse de chez Amato. Ça y est maintenant nous rêvons juste d'y retourner avec toute la famiglia. Tout est parfait: saveurs, couleurs & serveurs d'Italie.

Quand je suis entrer dans le retaurant je me suis toute suite sentie bien !!:) le personelle etais fort sympathique !! jai mangé un des meilleur jarret dagnaut de ma vie !! je suis aller remercier le chef & a ma grande surprise il etais jeune !!Ce jeune chef savais commen cuisiner & avoir le contrôle de sa cuisine !! Ce qui est des serveurs un personnelle chaleureux, connaisseur en vin mais surtout près des gens !! On étais 13 personnes & je vais revenir sur avec d'autre gens !! Car nous sommes hunanime ce restaurant & un des meilleurs parmi tous le vieux ste-rose !!!
