About us

Located in an ancestral home built in 1895 in the heart of Old Sainte-Rose, Restaurant Amato serves authentic Italian cuisine in an intimate setting with warm décor. We are especially proud of our terrace which is known as one of the most beautiful terraces in Laval, or even in Quebec. In addition to feeling amazed in a garden with so many beautiful flowers, the terrace also has a fountain, a gazebo and auxiliary heating. Come enjoy our little corner of paradise!

Excellente soirée avec un service gentil & généreux & des plats délicieux. Nous avons pris le veau avec artichauts & c'était tellement bon! Notre invitée a pris la table d'hôte & s'est délecté du début à la fin! Une deuxième visite à Amato qui ne sera pas la dernière.

Excellent service. Duck raviolis were delicious. Crepe Suzette were spectacular. Waiter was fluent in English which was useful as we had non French speaking guests. English menus would have been appreciated, but overall great dinners.
