Expensive- Poor service & lack of friendliness- unpleasant & ordinary pizza Waitress is very rude & haughty. I went with a group of volunteers this afternoon. & the waitress was really trying to inflate the bill by all means. I told her twice that the quantities were sufficient even though she was suggesting an average of 4 to 6 points for one person, on the pretext that we were taking them home. It was a birthday dinner & I mentioned to her in front of the guests that we would take the quantity we needed now only that 3 to 4 slices of pizza were enough for one person. The same thing happened with a second pizza which she said was good for the house if we had too much. Her imputation of what we should take was not desired. She finally brought us a 6 point pizza for one of our volunteers. Although I mentioned to her twice that the smaller one would be fine. This time I didn't say anything. Honestly, it would be nice to respect customers' wishes without inflating the bill or making the pizza bigger by bringing us something we didn't order. Without respect or listening. It was a dialogue of the deaf in front of my guests, a great atmosphere! She was really trying to inflate the bill, really uncomfortable. I wouldn't go there again.
I visited Altos 2 night ago. The food was incredible & the staff were great as well. They brought out my food very quickly & it was a incredible experience overall. Would recommend.

Was at this landmark beauty today, & as always, the food was perfect. What really made this experience special was Arthur’s focused attention to detail. Super appreciated, Arthur. Keep it up!
Nous étions un groupe de 5, réunis pour le 95e anniversaire d'un ami. La serveuse était souriante & consciencieuse. La nourriture était excellente & l'atmosphère chaleureuse.

I always rely on Alto for quick & efficient delivery. The person who answers the phone is consistently friendly—actually, all the staff members are friendly & know how to provide excellent customer service. They truly know how to treat their customers right.
Another aspect that keeps me coming back to Alto is the consistently fresh & delicious food. Each time I order, the taste keeps getting better & better. Moreover, the portions you receive for the price you pay are very generous. It's a great value for your money.
I highly recommend anyone to dine at Alto. I'm particularly fortunate to have my shop located near this restaurant, as I can always count on ordering food from here. It's a delightful experience every time!

1. It's a family-run: (I think second generation) business. Brothers, sisters, parents. They care about running the place well.
2. The food is good: The ingredients are fresh, & tasty. The beef used for the hamburger steak tastes like it's a cut above.
3. The ambiance: A bit dimly lit & a warm vibe. Classic rock at a perfect volume. Slightly louder than just a background hum.
4. It's a neighborhood institution. I used to go to Alto when I was a teen in the late 80's when it was just across the street. They've always had a friendly, family vibe. So even though they've moved & the new location is a bit more modern looking, it still brig back memories of playing pool next door when the arcade was there.
5. There's a terrace with classic rock playing.
6. They close at 2am ;)
