Message adressé à Tatiana:
Le 25 juin dernier vous avez servi un groupe de 6 personnes & remis une facture de 147$. La dame qui a payé vous a remis 150$. Vous lui avez répondu'c'est pas assez'. D'autres à table ont ajouté des $. Ce que vous ignorez c'est que la dame qui a payé est âgée de 89 ans, quelques heures à peine avant d'entrer au restaurant, elle venait de perdre son fils. Elle était dans un état de chagrin, elle était fatiguée & n'était peut-être pas concentrée au moment où elle payait la facture. Par contre le ton de votre voix le lendemain résonnait encore pour elle. Alors Tatiana, si un jour un pourboire ne vous satisfait pas, vous pourriez le souligner autrement, car vous ignorez ce que la personne devant vous traverse dans sa vie. De la façon dont vous vous êtes adressé à ma tante, peut-être que vous ne méritiez de pourboire.

Je suis aller plusieurs fois au allo mon coco de st hyacinthe & a chaque fois le cuisiner criait après ses employés très décevants à voir & entendre.
