Je ne laisse jamais d'avis, mais mon expérience a dépassé la limite du ridicule. Nous sommes un lundi 11h, le resto est plein & il y a une file d'attente. Nous sommes 2 adulte + 1 bébé en file derrière une personne seul. Plusieurs autres familles sont derrière nous. Il y a deux employées debout devant nous les bras croisés. Nous pouvons facilement voir plusieurs tables qui attendent d'être débarasser & même de payer (carte à la main). Rien ne se passe.... Tout d'un coup, une serveuse sort de la cuisine & fait payer environ 5 tables l'une après l'autre. Les deux employées, qui visiblement attendait juste ça, vont débarrasser les tables & les assigner. Première table de libéré est une banquette pour 8 personnes... Aucun jugement des employées quand ils assignent cette table au client seul devant nous !! Devant le ridicule, ce client s'oppose & nous laisse la table... Quelques secondes après la deuxième table libérée est pour 2 personnes dans un coin serré... Je présume qu'elle n'aurait pas pu poser de question & nous assigner a cette table.... Bref, je prends la peine d'écrire cet avis car je crois que des améliorations peuvent être apportées facilement afin d'éviter la file d'attente (autant pour arriver que pour partir), d'augmenter la fluidité, servir plus de client dans la journée & améliorer le confort de la clientèle.

Les toilettes sont sales. Le service est lent & la configuration de la salle réverbère le son, donc tout le monde parle plus fort & on ne s'entend même plus penser.
