Très mauvaise expérience. De prime abord le service était catastrophique mais on a rien dit. Au moment de payer la facture elle me tend la machine où c'est écrit « rentrer le montant du pourboire ». Ce que je fais naturellement. & là, elle se met à crier devant mes enfants & a jeté la facture sur la table pour me dire oui fallait mettre le pourcentage pas le montant. Je n'ai rien dit pas par manque de courage mais cela n'en valait pas la peine. Allô mon coco vous perdez une famille de 5 qui aimait venir chez vous en toute circonstance.

Resto déjeuner correct. L'emplacement est petit en fonction de l'achalandage, donc préparez vous à attendre. D'ailleurs, le bruit est assez présent & dérangeant.

Oeuf poché trop cuit & la serveuse a oublier de m'apportez mon verre d'eau. Je me suis senti pousser vers la porte & j'ai eu l'impression de déranger lorsque j'ai demander un réchaud de café. Généralement ok pour une grande chaîne de centre d'achat.

Je souligne l'amabilité, le service, le professionnalisme exemplaire & le rayonnement de Anastasiya ,notre serveuse , qui a su contribuer a notre belle expérience du moment dans toute sa générosité. Même si , entre autre, les sièges où nous étions assis sont à remplacer, Anastasiya a contribué haut la main a la note 5 étoiles, & ce, de façon unanime de notre petit groupe.
