Les télévisions sont partout ! C'était si difficile de garder nos enfants concentrés sur le repas & la conversation. On est pas dans notre salon, le but entre autre de se rassembler, partager un bon repas. Les télévisions viennent tout gâcher. Pas besoin de toujours être connectés . À quoi elles servent ??
On a beautiful morning don't arrive before 9am they will not allow you to sit on the terrace. They won't even allow you to wait until they are ready to serve saying that it would encourage more people. Imagine that, more buisness who wants that? They had two hostess just standing around but no staff for the terrace on a beautiful sunny morning what an underutilized business feature. It almost made me change locations but we waited on the street outside until we were allowed to sit. They don't follow there own menu items like other franchises do it wasn't bad just different. The food over all was good, portions good size as well. Once we were seated service was ok.
So like a few reviews here, I'm glad I'm not the only one that was expecting more of this restaurant.
On the menu it's mentionned'thin' crêpes; I got pancake style & the waitress told me it's their thinnest as the floor they use breaks thin crêpes (that's a restaurant issue)
Coffee was very bland, almost like water with a hint of coffee.
Service was not only long (perhaps hiring more staff instead of making the poor girl to have too many tables, even for the bill I had to wait when she told me'right away' lol
When she saw I was displeased when she asked how it was, she handed the terminal & moved to other table (bad service; still gave her a bit more than 15%)
Speaking of the terminal, we go eating outside to enjoy a good moment, not to calculate tips (restaurant should give the % options) I'm sure waitress that gives good service are losing some tip money..
All in all, if you want to enjoy a chill time where the food is great & service, I'd suggest looking for another one.
**this is my personal opinion; although I saw I'm not the only one unsatisfied, there are some that enjoyed it, so be your own judge.
Je suis allée dans un de vos restaurants des promenades St-Bruno, Allo Mon Coco. Je veux porter une chose à votre attention. J'ai vu une personne assise au milieu du restaurant, avec un ordinateur portable, qui pourrait être le gérant ou le propriétaire, agissant de façon appropriée avec le personnel. Cette personne était blanche, de taille moyenne & chauve. Il donnait des ordres au personnel, critiquait leur travail, & toutes les serveuses semblaient nerveuses & mal à l'aise. Je l'ai vu interagir avec une employée indienne qui, d'après ce qu'il lui avait dit, semblait affligée & bouleversée après l'interaction. Je ne sais pas qui était cette personne, mais il ne semble pas correct de s'adresser à son personnel d'une telle manière devant les clients. Je n'ai pas apprécié mon expérience gastronomique après avoir été témoin de cela & je suis sûr que d'autres clients partagent mon point de vue. Je vous remercie de votre attention.

Restaurant qui a besoin d'une bonne séance de nettoyage, poussière, taches & crasse partout sur les murs, les banquettes, les vitres qui séparent les banquettes, etc. Il y a aussi le gros problème de ne pas pouvoir se faire accueillir en français ce matin ! Mauvaise humeur de la serveuse , que voulez vous ça arrive. Bravo à la cuisine qui a fait gagner quelques points ! La nourriture était bien présentée & était bonne .
The food was very good but honestly it's always good. The staff is nice & welcoming even helped us switch seats once a booth was available. The only problem is how dirty the place is. I was seated at the back of the booth & on the wall/ledge there was dust, food pieces & sticky food sauces on the wall. Even the dividers for the booths looked like they had never been cleaned. The booth benches as well were pretty dirty but I know that's had to clean so I'll give it a pass. But yeah just kinda disgusting to see this while you eat but the food is really good tho.
Nous sommes aller déjeuner . Arrivé sur place & même pas déjà assis nous nous sommes sentis pressé de choisir ce qu'on voulais manger. Notre choix c'est arrêter sur le brunch du lac st jean . Dans mon assiette j'avais extra bacon ce quw j'avais pas commander au départ & il avais omis de me mettre les saucisses . Quand l'addition est arrivé je me suis étonner de vous qui m'avais charger le extra bacon que j'avais pas commandé. Plus jamais je retournerais a cette place non merci dernière fois pour nous
I had a great brunch here with my family ! The service was excellent-everyone was friendly, attentive, & quick. The food was fresh & full of flavor, & the cozy atmosphere made it a really nice place to sit back & enjoy the meal. Definitely a spot worth checking out!
