Allô mon Coco est perçu comme un endroit convivial pour le petit déjeuner et le brunch, avec des portions généreuses et des plats variés qui séduisent par leur saveur et leur présentation. La nourriture est globalement bonne et parfois excellente, avec des compliments sur la diversité des choix et la qualité générale, même si certaines assiettes arrivent froides ou brûlées et que quelques plats ne correspondent pas exactement aux demandes. Le service est souvent rapide et attentionné, mais des expériences plus lentes et moins satisfaisantes ont aussi été rapportées, notamment lorsque le service semble débordé ou que l'on doit relancer plusieurs fois. L'ambiance peut être bruyante, surtout pendant les heures de pointe, et des questions de propreté ou de précision des commandes remettent parfois en cause l'expérience. En somme, Allô mon Coco offre une expérience globale plaisante et chaleureuse, avec des clients qui reviennent pour l'accueil et la qualité de la cuisine, malgré des hauts et des bas selon les visites.
Service à la clientèle exceptionnelle. La cuisine était très bonne. Nous avons passé un bon moment dans ce restaurant. Je vous le recommande à 100%. Merci
We decided to go for breakfast with my wife & my son & his girlfriend to this location which we’ve been before, but never got this kind of service. Let me explain. We we were seated down by the lady at the door & this is where it all started after that. The waitress her name was “Leny ”came over to our table & asked us if we wanted coffee & we said sure so she came back with the coffee & water ,then she said I’ll be back in two minutes to take your order & 2 minutes ended up being about a little over five minutes but that’s not a big deal. “Leny” our waitress took everyone’s order & she never returned to our table to see if we’re missing anything, & if we were satisfied with our meal. She passed by us a couple of times & never had the audacity to even say if were ok. I have to ask another waiter to bring me some 🍁 maple syrup for my pancakes, which there was none on the table .There was one time that I stopped her to ask if she can bring me some ketchup 🥫& of course she didn’t come, & i had to get it myself from another table. The second time I had to ask her to refill our coffee☕?. I don’t know how a waitress like this could be working in a restaurant that is known for breakfast. I believe that she is not happy with her job, & it showed in her face that she didn’t wanted be there or maybe she was having a bad day When you’re dealing with customers, you should leave your problems at home & not bring them to work because of course her tip reflected the service that she give us. I could’ve given her no tip but as a gentleman I gave her the minimum which is 15%. She didn’t deserve a penny of that 15% & believe me if I return to this location I will make sure that I won’t have her as a waitress anymore!

Even when there was a line waiting, they gave us a table for two, that was so good. Once inside the place was packed so we had to wait quite a good time to be attended. The dishes delayed & I received mine first, but after 15 minutes I had to ask the staff about the other plate, it took 5 minutes more to arrive, by that time my food was already cold. The place was noisy & the service was slow. The waitress very kind.
Honestly, I had already been to this Allô mon coco before & it was great, but this time the waitress service was horrible. Today, I went to have breakfast with my girlfriend & got pretty slow service early in the morning. We were attended pretty quick for our drinks which was good but we waited over 20min for the waitress to come take our order, & as a matter a fact, I needed to ask the busboy working to call our missing waitress. We got the food & my crepe was so thin it almost resembled burnt paper. Apart from that, we didn’t see our waitress after the food till more than 30min after. We didn’t get a sorry for the wait or anything from the waitress, meanwhile we could clearly see her not busy & talking in the back with another employee. Honestly, at least you can give an apology to your customers that wait for you, or just wait until you finish work to talk with your colleagues. The only reason I’m putting 2 stars is because of the nice busboy that was happy to help us. The waitress name was Kimberly I think.
On connaît tous & c'est délicieux. Mais maudit y'a tu moyen de manger en même temps que l'autre personne à sa table ? Les 3 dernières fois il y a eu un gros 10 min entre mon assiette & celle de mon amie. Sans compter que 2 fois sur 3 ses oeufs étaient froids.
Si on voulait manger l'une après l'autre on mangerait à la maison...

Une bonne crêpe froide j ai toujours rêvé de ça. Le resto est vide & on réussit a me faire manger froid. Ce resto me surprendra toujours.... Dans le mauvais sens
