Je suis un client régulier de cet établissement, mais malheureusement, ma dernière visite pour le petit déjeuner m'a laissé très déçu.

Le service, qui autrefois était chaleureux, se dégrade de plus en plus à chaque passage. L'accueil était particulièrement froid cette fois-ci. La serveuse semblait fâchée ou agacée, sans même offrir un sourire en guise de bienvenue. Ce manque de courtoisie laisse une impression très désagréable dès l'arrivée.

Côté nourriture :
• Les omelettes étaient trop sèches & manquaient cruellement de goût.
• Heureusement, la gaufre royale était correcte, qui reste une valeur sûre.

Autre point qui m'a vraiment dérangé : au moment du paiement, la serveuse a directement ajouté un pourboire de 15 % sur la machine, sans me demander. Pour rappel, le pourboire au Québec n'est pas obligatoire - c'est une gratification laissée à la discrétion du client selon la qualité du service.

Je comprends que les matins peuvent être chargés, mais un minimum de sourire & de professionnalisme est la base en restauration. J'espère que la direction prendra ces remarques en considération pour retrouver le bon service que j'ai déjà connu ici.

Great service but food is ok. Had to have my eggs make again seems hard for them to make it right same for the person that was with me & they still overcooked them. Waffles werent the best either & not real whipped cream it was cool whip.
