I especially like this location because of its large terrace in the summer months. The staff here is always friendly & welcoming. They offer generous portions & although the prices have gone up in the last few years, they are still pretty comparable with other breakfast chaines in the area.

We usually enjoy our visits to Allô Mon Coco & often come during busier times, but today's experience was surprisingly disappointing even though the restaurant was calm. We waited a little while at the door before our waitress, Diane, came. She was dry & uninviting from the start - she didn't greet us or make us feel welcome, just sat us down & almost immediately asked if we were ready to order while we were still looking at the menu.
We had to ask for water, which was never refilled, & our coffees only arrived at the same time as the food. Service was quite slow overall ~ even simple things like getting syrup or water took several minutes. Diane also didn't check if we wanted to order anything else, & as soon as she saw our plates were empty, she simply asked if we wanted the bill together or separate.
We felt rushed & uncomfortable throughout the meal, which really took away from what's usually a pleasant & affordable brunch spot for us.
*2 starts because the food was great, as always ♡

Been here many times & have usually been satisfied. Ate here a few days ago with friends, & for context, it was early & the restaurant was mostly empty. I ordered a basic breakfast - scrambled eggs, toast etc. When the plate arrived, the eggs were sunny-side up, so I said that I ordered scrambled & the server apologized & took the plate. She came back a few minutes later & my'scrambled' eggs were the two fried eggs chopped up. I didn't say anything because my friends were well into the meal, & if they had the gall to serve me this, I didn't trust sending the order back again. To add insult to injury, I ordered rye toast & was served the three mini ends of the loaf. The server was very nice, & I can't be sure if she noticed or not. I regret not saying anything afterwards, but pretty shameful for a breakfast place.
