Went in as a family for brunch. The waitress took our orders & a different waiter came back with our food. Not once did we get refills for our water or coffee at the table… nor asked if everything was going smoothly…when time came to pay, waitress asked why the tip left was so little amount (she had a rude & disrespectful tone to that comment). There was no sense of welcoming behaviour from her…the audacity she had to ask such question after receiving no service from her!! Unbelievable behaviour from the staff at this allo mon coco

I'm going this place every second weekend but today was such a horrible service & the end the waitress she was asking force fully for the tip seriously she haven't refill water for us & was asking for tip not going back again
I went in to purchase a gift card & the hostenesse advised me they do not have any I could come back Monday. I asked if she could call the other location near by if they have. She looked at me & replied yes you could call. I asked again no can you call please & find out she again & said yes you can call.
I told her I am purchasing a card from your restaurant & you are acting like this. She ignored me. They weren't busy it would have taken her 2m.
I was curious about this place never been for breakfast & now definitely not going back.
Très achalandé. Ce restaurant offre un large choix pour le déjeuner & le service est excellent. Amélie, Rym, Arthur, Jessica, Victoria sont des serveurs(euses) vraiment génial. Petit message au propriétaires. Il serait bon de mettre en place un genre de tempo devant les portes d'entrée, le vent, qui est souvent directe refroidi les premières tables & rend l'ambiance très froide pour les clients & les serveurs(euses). Aussi avisé les gens a l'accueil de demandé aux personnes qui entrent de s'assurer que la porte externe est fermé lorsque la porte interne de l'entrée ouvre.

My first experience of a Québécois breakfast - & wow, it was absolutely delicious! 😋 Everything was so flavorful & comforting, except for the paté, which wasn't really my thing.
I especially loved the crêpes - their dough was tasty & perfectly done, honestly even better than the pancakes! 🥰 The vibes & service were spot on, giving that cozy, warm, & welcoming feeling you hope for in a breakfast spot. 💛
& the portions? Super generous! 🍽? You definitely leave full & happy.

I visited this restaurant with 10 friends, & we all had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, & the service was excellent,very friendly & attentive staff. The only downside was the smell when I first entered the restaurant, but everything else was great.
Great service with high level of organized staff. Our waitress Beatrice took our experience to the next level always keeping an eye on our table serving coffee & making sure food came on time & as requested. This place deserves a good 5 stars for the overall experience as it's not the case everywhere in a breakfast chain of restaurants.
