J'aime manger chaud & à la chaleur.
Cétait tiède & il faisait froid dans le resto. Donc ça refroidissait encore plus vite.

La nourriture était vraiment très bonne & la qualité des plats aussi.Malheureusement, l'expérience globale a été gâchée par le service. Dès l'arrivée, l'hôtesse semblait très dépassée. Le reste du personnel manquait visiblement d'initiative pour l'aider. C'est dommage pour la cuisine parce qu'elle était très bonne! Personnel à revoir.

La nourriture était bonne, mais malheureusement, le service a été très décevant.

Ce n'était même pas notre serveuse qui a renversé le verre. Une autre serveuse, en déposant les assiettes, a accroché un verre qui a complètement reviré sur moi. Mon chandail était entièrement mouillé. Le plus décevant, c'est que je n'ai même pas reçu d'excuses, ni de réduction, ni aucune compensation.

J'ai même dû aller m'acheter un nouveau chandail tellement il était mouillé.

Je comprends que les accidents peuvent arriver, mais je trouve qu'il devrait y avoir une formation professionnelle pour les serveuses afin d'éviter ce genre de situation & surtout, apprendre comment réagir lorsqu'un accident arrive avec un client.

La nourriture était bonne, mais l'expérience du service aurait vraiment pu être meilleure.

J'y suis aller aujourd'hui . Pour commencer, les banquettes sont toute craquer & recouverte de tape rouge . Pas confortable du tout pour ceux en short ou en petite robe d'été . J'avais déjà hâte de quitter.
Ensuite mon assiette est arrivé 10 min avant celle de mon mari & mon fils & le bénédictine était déjà plus que température pièce .
Heureusement leur repas a eu était chaud par contre les oeufs de mon fils devaient être tourné mais le jaune était bcp trop cuit .. pas coulant du tout .
La serveuse était gentille heureusement.

Les toilettes étaient infectes.
