Aiko Sushi offers its customers a wide variety of extremely tasty sushi to enjoy on site, to take out or for delivery.

Plusieurs fois que nous commandons à la livraison & ça dépanne bien! Les ingrédients sont frais. De plus, le rapport qualité prix est très intéressant. En effet, je crois que pour un souper rapide la semaine ca fait bien la job & il y a des promotions. À essaye

Nous commandons chez vous depuis un bon moment déjà & nous finissons toujours par pouvoir obtenir des sushis "sans gluten", mais si nous savons pertinemment que cela ne peut pas être 100% garanti.
Cette fois-ci je me fais dire assez sèchement par mon interlocuteur que c'est impossible de nous accommoder, & on me dit de retourner lire le menu en ligne & de me trouver quelque chose sans tempura & sans mayo épicée, qu'il n'a pas de temps pour moi car c'est le rush.
J'ai rappelé 2 minutes plus tard après avoir fait une commande chez un concurrent & je les appelle pour leur dire que ça a été plus simple ailleurs & qu'ils auraient juste à être un poil plus accommodant que cela me ferait plaisir de commander à nouveau chez Aiko. La réponse, un sympathique & sarcastique : "tant mieux pour vous".
Très mauvais service à la clientèle. Vous avez perdu des clients.
