Great place to have a meal before the game. Food is good, not out of this world succulent but tasty enough. We had outstanding service with Yannick. Even if he was very occupied with many tables, he managed to take super good care of us🤩

If you don't mind higher prices when dining out, this is a restaurant with experienced, friendly servers along with delicious food - making it very worthwhile to try. Keep in mind, you need tickets to an event (hockey game, concert, etc.) to dine here on the night of. The atmosphere is nice as you can feel the excitement building amongst other diners, but it can be a bit loud, which makes talking a bit more difficult at times.
Being a vegetarian, the options were quite limited, but the chef was very accommodating. My partner had the black angus filet, which she said was so tender it could be cut with a butter knife. I had a mushroom burger that was a take on one of their popular beef burgers. All of it was so delicious. Portion sizes were generous; so appetizers, main courses, dessert, & some drinks can end up being quite filling. Keep that in mind when just getting ready to spend a night at the Bell Centre.
All in all, it was a great experience. Having the ability to enter the Bell Centre early, sit back & relax before an event was well worth the price. You have access to the elevator to take you down to the main concourse, with little to no line for gaining entry when the doors open.

Honestly, the food not that great at $78 for three little tiny pieces of meat not that impressed, the service has been'meh'at best. I've been a better restaurants for way cheaper.

Ma première fois à ce restaurant. Dommage le décor est beau & l'ambiance aussi. Le tout est mal organisé, surtout un soir de match de série. Très mal géré. Un service vraiment lent & trop long. Nous sommes arrivés à 17h00 & 18h45 toujours pas notre repas. Barré sur ma liste.

Je vais au 9-4-10 au moins 3 fois par année depuis environ 10 ans. La nourriture est toujours excellente. Cependant, ce soir, ils n'ont pas été à la hauteur. J'avais une assiette de pâtes avec laquelle j'ai commandé du homard qu'ils ont oublié d'ajouter. Ensuite, j'ai demandé du pain & du beurre. Ils m'ont servi 3 petits pains tellement secs que je n'arrivait pas à les briser. Quand j'en ai fait mention au serveur, il devait m'en ramener d'autre, mais il m'a oublié. Autre point: après avoir débouchonner notre bouteille de vin & nous avoir servi notre premier verre, nous nous sommes versés les autres verres nous-mêmes. Décevant. Heureusement, le Canadien a sauvé la mise.

Nous étions réticents en voyant certains avis mais, comment dire... Nous n'avons vraiment pas été déçus! Le service était super rapide, l'accueil & l'ambiance chaleureuse, la nourriture excellente (cuisson, goût & température) & le service impeccable (mention spéciale à Michelle qui était notre serveuse)! Nous y retournerons sans hésiter!!

After seeing the reviews on here I was hesitant & almost canceled our reservation, but honestly, WOW. Excellent service & the food was great. The steaks were cooked exactly as we ordered (medium rare & blue), Michelle, our waitress, was super nice & very efficient. Beautiful place, fast service & I will definitely go back before a Habs game.

The Appies were great, The Steak was delicious, good wine selection, service was great. Sides could use some work, that's the reason for only 4 star instead of 5.

Une serveuse aime pas avoir une critique le 20 janvier 2024 au souper . pour les 2 filets mignon dans une grande assiette perdu & 3 legumes petit couleur pâle. les filets mignon un peu trop cuits & ya un peu du gras sur le côté pour les deux personnes. ma suggestion de donner plus dans assiette ou bien avoir les assiette plus petite . si j'ai bien manger ma réponse c'est NON & une fracture très cher $$$$. & jerais donner 5 étoiles pour à la serveuse du service mais la serveuse a pas aimer un commentaire que j'ai fait si j'ai bien mange
