We dry age the beef in our own meat lockers for a period of 28-35 days, on display for all of our guests to see. 40 Westt also offers great martinis, an affordable lunch table d’hote, as well as impressive jazz performances on the weekends. Whether you’re looking for the best steak around, fresh shucked oysters, sinful desserts and/or an evening of entertainment, 40 Westt has all of the ingredients for an unforgettable experience.

Bleu Room: 80 seats including seats at the bar.
Large free parking lot available at the front and back of resto.
1st Private room with 45 seats equipped with LG Screen, 2 speakers and a microphone. Perfect for conferences, business meetings, or any kind of celebrations.
2nd Private room with 60 seats, ideal for any type of occasion.
The entire restaurant can be reserved on Sundays for a private party for a group of 80 people or more.

My bf took me there for my birthday, the ambiance is nice, but however I just feel like the tables are too close to each other as you can hear what other people are saying. The food was delicious but overpriced for the portion that you get, the cocktails were nice, but again overpriced for the amount of food that you get. overall nice place.

Franchement je m'attendais à vraiment mieux un carpacio de boeuf 4 tranches coller au fond de l'assiette à peine de parmesan & balsamique les saucisses maison compacter comme du boudin des pâtes au fruits mer qui n'avait aucun goût & le thon était très frais mais trop sauce asiatique aucune possibilité d'avoir un mocktail sauf un pina colada arkk avec des steaks & fruits me

Ideal restaurant for big groups. They don't impose a fixed menu which is amazing. Spacious, good food & service. They sometimes have a live jazz band. The prices are $$$$. Ideal for dates or busniess dinners.
Absolutely stupendous!! Seafood is the freshest, Alaskan crab was delicious, PEI oysters - yum! Steak - the best one I have ever had. It was Cowboy. Perfect medium rare, perfect char. Hands down it was such a treat!

Je me suis pointée à ce restaurant seule pour célébrer mon anniversaire (oui, j'adore ça...). Mon serveur était extraordinairement attentionné. Il a pris soin de ma petite personne, m'a proposé un cocktail & un repas selon mes goûts. Première fois que je goûtais à un filet mignon sur l'os. C'était savoureux. À la fin de mon repas, j'ai demandé la carte des desserts & mon serveur m'a répondu, presque choqué de ma demande : « C'est votre anniversaire! J'ai déjà commandé quelque chose pour vous. » J'ai adoré. Trois serveurs m'ont ensuite apporté un soufflé au chocolat fondant avec crème glacée tout en me souhaitant bonne fête. J'ai adoré! & que dire de ce dessert... Sur la coche comme on dit. &, l'un des propriétaires du resto est venu me piquer une jasette pour me souhaiter bonne fête & s'enquérir de mon niveau de satisfaction. J'ai adoré aussi. En somme, ce resto est la grande classe. J'aime essayer tous les meilleurs restos en ville & celui-ci a réussi à se distinguer par la qualité hors pair de son service. À un point tel que le prix du repas - oui, c'est cher, & on s'y attend - est assez secondaire. L'expérience globale vaut amplement le prix. J'ai déjà hâte de retourner au 40 Westt!

Had an amazing dining experience at 40 Westt! The food was exceptional, starting off with the freshest oysters, followed by Crab & rack of lamb. Ariana, our waitress, went above & beyond, providing spot-on menu recommendations as well as wine pairing. Can't wait to return!
Amazing food, great steakhouse, one of the best I've ever been to. Service is pretty good. Atmosphere feels like you are in Las Vegas, amazing restaurant, come here over once every year.
Service was great, mac n cheese truffle entree was unbelievably good. Everything else was mediocre to not good. Steaks are cooked perfectly inside but charred on the outside, like burnt, if you tap your fork on steak its like tapping a table, they say it's because it's dry aged but other steakhouses i've visited with dry age steaks don't have this problem, if you like your steak this way it's 5 stars. I also agree with what most people say, hugely overpriced for what you get.
Went to this restaurant with a big group(15) for a birthday. We were served by Rachid. The service was impeccable, food delicious & the wine recommended matched perfectly our plates. Definitely recommend this place! Although it is definitely on the pricier side, the quality delivers & the experience unmatched.
The food was great, but not sure if it felt somewhat overpriced. The service was spectacular, every issue was swiftly dealt with. The one thing that was not amazing was the table, it was not properly set & ended up being slightly slanted, which was inconvenient. I would recommend going, as the food was super, but just slightly overpriced. The only other thing that was odd, is that the place is hard to find because their sign is really small & not easy to see.
