3 Brasseurs comes across as a popular, beer focused pub with house brewed beers on site and a broad menu that blends classic pub fare with Alsatian touches such as flammekueches, sauerkraut, and Toulouse sausage. Food is generally tasty and portions generous, with good value for money on lunch menus, though a few dishes have been criticized as overcooked or underwhelming, and service can slow during busy times. The beer selection is a major draw and the on site brewing is praised, while the airy, industrial, spacious interior features large screens for sports and a separate dining area for a more private setting. The atmosphere is warm and convivial, making it a good spot for groups or after work, and staff are often described as friendly and accommodating, though reservations are advised for large groups or weekend nights. Parking can be tight and crowds may form on weekends, but overall the experience is reliable for sharing food and drinks with friends or colleagues.
Food was great was but service was horrible. I think they forgot about our table, we waited almost 45 min after she picked up our plates. We had to ask another server for our bill as she completely disappeared.
It's always an enjoyable time with great food & a great environment. The waiters & waitresses have always been friendly & very respectful. Thank you specifically to Frank for great treatment & great service.
Always a good time. Very versatile menu, amazing beer, & excellent service. We always go around the same time every week, & so we always get Frank as our waiter, such a nice person! Keep up the good work !
Great food & beer. Our server Frank frequently checked up on us & made sure that everything is up to par. Very kind/professional, made our experience even better.

The gentleman who served us was excellent. We could tell that employees were running off their feet (not enough staff) which affected the speed at which order was taken & the temperature of the food. It was lukewarm. Music & very noisy. When music was lowered it became acceptable.
Very nice services. Food was OK. Flammkuchen are definitively their best... & really good. Oignon soup was well prepared, but almost tasteless. All in all, we had a pleasant night.
Food was OK, but service was really slow. Suspect they were short staffed? Maybe in the kitchen? Waiter seemed nice so not really sure what the problem was.
Great food. Pork shank is incredible. Fish & chips was very good. Was served by the very friendly & wonderful Christina (I hope that's her name). I have to say she was one of the nicest waitresses I've ever had the pleasure of being served by. Cheers!
