We went on St. Patrick's Day. The daily special was $6.-beer & flamm(kuchen). Very nice! The service was awesome & the pre-game atmosphere great

Réellement déçue par mon expérience. J'ai commandé la soupe aux pois, qui était très bonne, mais malheureusement complètement tiède. J'aurais aimé en parler avec notre serveuse, mais elle semblait très occupée près de la cuisine à dessiner des trèfles sur le visage de ses collègues pour la Saint-Patrick.

Lorsque mon burger est arrivé sans la salade de chou qui devait l'accompagner, j'ai dû attendre un bon moment avant que la serveuse revienne à notre table. Elle m'a alors expliqué que je devais choisir entre les frites ou la salade de chou - un choix qui ne m'avait pas été précisé lors de la commande. Cela dit, elle m'en a apporté un bol sans problème.

En goûtant finalement au burger du bûcheron, ce fut une énorme déception : la boulette de porc était assez brûlée. Le goût de calciné était tellement présent que je n'ai pu en prendre que deux bouchées, me contentant ensuite de manger la salade de chou (excellente, soit dit en passant) pour atténuer ce goût.

Par la suite, j'ai été surprise de voir la rapidité avec laquelle la serveuse est venue débarrasser mon assiette encore pleine, sans même me demander si tout était à mon goût. Il en a été de même pour l'assiette de mon conjoint (dont le plat était pourtant satisfaisant), retirée tout aussi rapidement, sans un mot.

En résumé, bien que certains éléments étaient bons, mon burger était raté, ma soupe tiède & le service manquait clairement d'attention & de souci de la satisfaction du client. Avec une facture de 110 $, plus 15 % de pourboire, l'expérience était loin d'être à la hauteur. Les 3 Brasseurs Crescent ne nous auront malheureusement pas fidélisés comme clients.
