We got there at a busy time & they were very accommodating & found us a seat. Only issue was it took a very long time to get service for our drinks while waiting for our food then they forgot some of the other drinks. This could just be a one off. Highly recommend you visit this place, really nice vibe. Just make reservations.

Reserved lunch for 18 people over a month in advance via automatic system & through emails with manager. Automatic system turned reservation into "for 1" so the restaurant didn't know we were 18 except because I called the day before to confirm (I had also emailed to point it out a couple weeks prior but received no response). Asked multiple times to reserve an entire private area; servers & manager confirmed this was possible. Day of reservation, staff calls to say we cannot have the area we reserved. It was over 30 degrees in the restaurant & the staff did not refill our water (for 18 people). They also gave me the wrong order (fries instead of rice). Overall bad experience with service & management! Don't reserve here for a large group. As this seems to be an internal review form I will likely re-post my review elsewhere. Best of luck managing a restaurant.

Nous avions demandé d'être assises au bar, il y aurait eu de la place si l'hôte aurait demandé à une personne assise au bar de changer d'une place. Il me semble que ce n'est pas impoli, c'est une question de pouvoir servir plus de clients. Au pire, le client a le choix d'accepter ou non.

Le service laisse à désirer! La serveuse est venue nous voir deux fois: une fois pour prendre la commande & voir si c'était bon. On nous a pas débarrasser notre table de la soirée (entrée + repas). On nous a apporté notre repas & l'assiette de l'entrée traînait encore. Puis, c'est sans compter les assiettes des repas qui ont été laissées sur la table jusqu'à temps qu'on prenne la facture alors que le service des autres tables à côté de nous se faisait très rapidement! Tellement, que cela nous a pas tenté de prendre autre chose suite à cela!!
