About

3 Brasseurs operates as a prominent microbrewery establishment specializing in traditional Alsatian-inspired pub fare and handcrafted beers brewed directly on the premises. The menu features a signature selection of flammekueches, which are authentic thin-crust flatbreads topped with crème fraîche, onions, and lardons. Hearty portions of poutine, gourmet burgers, and fresh salads round out a robust culinary offering designed to pair specifically with copper vats of beer. Diners observe the brewing process through glass partitions that showcase the industrial focus of the space. Large wooden tables and communal benches define the interior architecture, fostering a casual atmosphere conducive to groups. High-quality ingredients ensure a consistent delivery of classic comfort foods, while the fermentation tanks remain central to the identity of this international franchise operation.

Nous avons adoré! Je n’avais jamais été en France, après celui de Montréal j’irai tester aussi à Rennes. Nous avons trop bien mangé, Poutine trop trop bonne, le dessert brownie glace.

The only good thing about 3Brasseurs is their beer. Food is way overpriced, the proportions are tiny. A poutine Is 13$+tax+tip & you're still hungry afterwards, the calamari 22$ but it's just batter, oily & a small bowl, so many better restaurants to eat at in downtown Montreal, as much as I liked it before coming here before the pandemic it is just overpriced food.
