Food was really good but service wasn't great, had to wait for an hour or so before we can enjoy our food & even drinks arrived after food & when doing payment they were expecting tip , I clicked none on PoS & person doing payment gave weird look.

Ok so I'm a bit disappointed in the service I received. I asked if there's any dairy products in the pina colada. Our waitress answered « yes of course! » & I said oh that's weird they are usually vegan. & she said that it is not vegan cause there's coconut milk…. I then asked her if she could make sure there's no cow product.
She came back & said they cannot know because they make the mix at the Sainte-Catherine location.
I ended up calling myself, & they confirmed me that there is not animal or dairy products in it as long as I ask without whipped cream.
I had ordered another drink in the meantime but when she came back with it, I mentioned that I called, that it is vegan & so I would prefer my first choice, a pina colada ! She then took the mojito she brought instead of giving it to me for free (they probably threw it out), & I ended up having my pina. There was then a mistake on the bill & I was charged with the first more expensive drink.
That was it, I asked to see the manager, told him everything & they only offered a dessert, but we just wanted to leave. So they didn't do anything nice to compensate us. Very disappointing. Staff should be trained better than that & have access to a list of ingredients for everything at all times.

Large amounts of reasonably priced food. In spite of world cup fever & a jam packed restaurant on a saturday night the service was fast & efficient.

Globalement, je suis déçu de mon expérience. Le service a pris beaucoup de temps, non pas à cause du temps de cuisson, mais plutôt en raison de la serveuse, qui semblait très éparpillée. Elle n'est pas revenue nous servir de l'eau alors que nos verres étaient vides. Joannie a également pris énormément de temps à débarrasser notre table & à nous apportez notre facture : environ 30 minutes pour faire les deux. Nous avons finalement dû redemander notre facture à un autre serveur, car nous étions pressés. Au moment du paiement, elle ne s'est même pas excusée pour le délai & est partie sans rien dire. Pas de « merci » ni de « bonne soirée », malgré le fait que nous lui ayons laissé un pourboire, même si son service était très décevant. La serveuse était jeune, & je comprends qu'il peut être difficile de travailler en restauration. Toutefois, cela n'empêche pas de faire un effort en matière de service à la clientèle. Du côté de la nourriture, c'était relativement bon pour le prix.

On aime la bouffe & les cocktails. C'est les 3 Amigos. On sait à quoi s'attendre.
Sinon : tables trop serrées. C'est difficile pour le service & pour se déplacer sans déranger les voisins.
