Food was really good but service wasn't great, had to wait for an hour or so before we can enjoy our food & even drinks arrived after food & when doing payment they were expecting tip , I clicked none on PoS & person doing payment gave weird look.

Ok so I'm a bit disappointed in the service I received. I asked if there's any dairy products in the pina colada. Our waitress answered « yes of course! » & I said oh that's weird they are usually vegan. & she said that it is not vegan cause there's coconut milk…. I then asked her if she could make sure there's no cow product.
She came back & said they cannot know because they make the mix at the Sainte-Catherine location.
I ended up calling myself, & they confirmed me that there is not animal or dairy products in it as long as I ask without whipped cream.
I had ordered another drink in the meantime but when she came back with it, I mentioned that I called, that it is vegan & so I would prefer my first choice, a pina colada ! She then took the mojito she brought instead of giving it to me for free (they probably threw it out), & I ended up having my pina. There was then a mistake on the bill & I was charged with the first more expensive drink.
That was it, I asked to see the manager, told him everything & they only offered a dessert, but we just wanted to leave. So they didn't do anything nice to compensate us. Very disappointing. Staff should be trained better than that & have access to a list of ingredients for everything at all times.

C'etais une agréable sortie entre collègue. La nourriture étais bonne, mon drink étais bon, le service étais très bien! Bref, j'y retournerai sans hésitation !

Waiter extremely rude, made us wait 30 times before to take our orders, & was extremely grumpy. Upon us asking other Tacos, he rudely asked if we had enough money to pay for it. Drinks were good. Clearly they need to train their employees as that behavior will only push clients far. Don't go. Many other options with more cordial staff around.

Rapidité & efficacité sont au rendez-vous
Ambiance chaleureuse & festive
Que ce soit en semaine de jour comme de soir le service est toujours #1.

Ça doit travailler fort en cuisine
Car la nourriture est toujours chaude & savoureuse .
Les drinks selon mon amoureux sont super 🤪

Pour le prix les saveurs & le service impeccable ca vaut le détour 🔥

3 Amigos is awesome! I would recommend it to anyone looking for good food, cheap drinks, & a fun vibe. I'm from Toronto & stayed in Montreal for 3 days & went to 3 Amigos twice during my stay! That says a lot about the food & the service. I would go back to Montreal just to come here again.

Le service est super rapide, nous étions pressés pour le théâtre en face & nous avons mangé en un temps record (35 minutes & nous avions commandé, mangé & payé!). Les drinks & les repas étaient excellents, nous avons pris les pâtes verde avec crevettes & des tacos. Ce restaurant laisse un bon souvenir & le goût d'y retourner!

From start to finish, we loved our evening. A friendly greeting at the door, great food & drinks at reasonable prices & the wonderful musical entertainment from Tony Bravo really made the evening special. We'll be back again.
