Nous avons l'habitude d'aller au resto de Boucherville ( un vrai service + nourriture 5 étoiles). Hier, nous avions un serveur peu présent, désorganisé, qui ne connait rien de son menu. Nous avions reçu de la nourriture sans ustensils, nous n'avons pas eu de refill d'eau sans devoir redemander & nous avons attendu 30mins pour ravoir des napkins...nous retournerons certainement à Boucherville la prochaine fois

Le resto était plein, je sympathise avec votre personnels qui ne marchais pas ils couraient pour nous donner un bon services. & l escalier!! Peut-être avoir plus de personnels pour avoir encore un meilleur service. Nourriture très bonnes.

Très déçu.
Si tu penses vivre un expérience MEXICAIN.
Pas la bonne place.
Attention: plancher très mal entretenu.
Cuisine insalubre.
Toilettes vraiment mal entretenu. 🤢🤢.
Oui c’est un business mais un vrai manque d’amour & pasión ici.

Very disorganized situation. Waiter was doing his best but clearly stressed & had no support. My drink took 45 minutes to come. Water & chips & salsa took half a hour to come. People at table next to me walked out because of the disorganization. Everyone was waiting for cutlery for an incredibly long time. No apologies by staff. Will never eat here again. Food was pretty tasteless. Terrible experience - the whole section was rolling their eyes at how bad the service was & it was not the waiters fault. He had zero help.
