The sushi here is honestly next-level-fresh, beautifully presented, & packed with flavor. You can tell they don't cut corners with ingredients. Every roll tastes clean & well-balanced, not overloaded or sloppy like some fusion spots tend to be.

What really stands out though is how vegetarian-friendly the menu is. They've got a surprisingly wide range of veggie options, & not just the basic avocado roll either.
