My fianceé & I went here on a whim last night not expecting much more than a decent drink & cool place to hang out. What we got was the most welcoming experience I have ever had. J-maxx & the guys at the bar were all so nice & I really made our first day in Montreal memorable.

That hot chocolate in the dinosaur mugs was the highlight of my night after the Suns game. Honestly, I am the real prize here, & a smart cute guy would introduce himself before someone else beats him to it. You know where to find me.

Drinks: A+, the owner & staff know what they're doing, & they do it well. You can give a vague description of what you want, & they'll run with it.

Ambience: a cozy yet refined atmosphere, with a cute little terrace out front. On the quiet nights it makes for a great date spot, but often enough they hold events that are a bit more hustle n' bustle, which isn't a bad thing at all.

As someone who lives in the neighbourhood, it's nice to have a'Cheers' type of place to go to, as the crowd is varied but chill.

Highly recommend ❤?
I'd say the only thing missing is a more extensive food menu, but since they don't have a kitchen the snacks will suffice.
